Who usually qualifies
STAR+PLUS covers adults 65 or older, or adults with a disability, who have Texas Medicaid and need help with daily activities. Your plan makes the final decision on eligibility and approved hours.
MerceCare Management LLC provides personal assistance services. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment or diagnosis, and services are limited to the scope of licensed personal assistance.
